Renzo Barazzuol

Renzo Barazzuol is Sandpiper’s President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the day-to-day management of Sandpiper.

Mr. Barazzuol was formerly CFO of the Aquilini Investment Group, a private company with one of Canada’s most significant portfolios including diverse and direct interests in real estate, farming, energy, and entertainment, amongst others. Mr. Barazzuol is a highly accomplished public company real estate executive having served as the CFO, as well as Executive Vice President of Business Development, at Amica Senior Lifestyles and was instrumental in growing the company into Canada’s leading seniors housing brand. Mr. Barazzuol served as a trustee of Agellan Commercial REIT (TSX:ACR.UN) from November 2017 until its privatization in 2019.
