Patrick Lin

Director, Finance & Accounting

Patrick Lin leads the accounting team at Sandpiper and is responsible for all financial reporting required to be delivered to Sandpiper’s limited partners and key stakeholders.

Prior to joining Sandpiper, Patrick was a Financial Reporting Manager at Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust and was also a Controller for a privately held property management company. Patrick obtained his CPA designation while articling at Ernst & Young LLP and also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
