Sandpiper Group Announces Change in Requisitioned Meeting Date of Agellan Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – October 24, 2017 – Sandpiper Group (“Sandpiper”) is pleased to announce that the meeting date for the unitholder meeting of Agellan Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (“Agellan”) requisitioned by Sandpiper has been moved up from April 17, 2018 to February 8, 2018.

Further to Sandpiper’s press release dated October 16, 2017, Sandpiper is discontinuing its Notice of Application that was filed in the Ontario Superior Court against Agellan and its current Board of Trustees with respect to the April meeting date.
